Anne Hathaway Wardrobe Malfunction – too much Catwoman for the costume?

There’s been much talk of Catwoman’s costume, the unpopular goggle costume used in Rocksteady’s Arkham City and pictured on the Catwoman #1 cover in DC Comics much-needed September reboot.  The word “practicality” has been bandied about a good deal, but The Dark Knight Rises Anne Hathaway has demonstrated that, when it comes to Catwoman and her costume, practicality is more than color:

Reelz is reporting a “revealing wardrobe malfunction” connected with the Catwoman Costume during filming of The Dark Knight Rises.

(Anne is) putting everything into this role both physically and emotionally and the wardrobe department is paying the price. She must have gone through a dozen costume changes due to Anne throwing herself around.  More »

The article goes on to repeat the story of Hathaway getting carried away during a fight scene and accidentally pistol-whipping a stuntman. Gotham Trending has previously wondered if that story is true or if it is merely a smokescreen to cover the leaked photo of the Dark Knight Rises Catwoman Costume.

If the story is true, could the stuntman incident and/or these wardrobe malfunctions be related to the leaked photo?
